Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@satine-hair.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like to receive in exchange. We will ship the new item once the returned item is received and inspected.
