Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within Europe for orders over 99€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We ship to most European countries from our headquarters in Paris, France. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside of Europe.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, delivery within France takes 2-4 business days, while other European destinations may take 5-7 business days.
Customs and Import Taxes
For orders outside the EU, customs and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
