Warranty Information

Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized suppliers. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by normal

wear or any damage caused by the use of the product outside of its intended use, including loss.

The products must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase

to validate the warranty (register online at www.satine-hair.com/registration).

Please keep your dated invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. The date of

sale is required to validate the warranty.

Warranty coverage

Our Satine Hair warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below :

1 – Satine Hair provides warranties for its products for a period of 5 years

from the date of original retail purchase provided that all warranty guidelines are met.

2 – Excluded item is the cordless which has twenty four(24) months of coverage.

3 – In the event of a defect, the product will be replaced by a new product.

4 – A replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

5 – When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property

and the replaced item becomes Satine Hair property.

6 – Our responsibility can in no case exceed the value of the product in question.

Exclusions and Limitations :

Satine Hair is not responsible for loss or damage during the shipment of your package.

This Limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by Satine Hair, that can be identified by the Satine Hair trademark, trade name, serial number or logo affixed to them.

This warranty does not cover Satine Hair products sold by unauthorized distributors or resellers.

This warranty is void if the product has been accidentally damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel, abnormal wear or improper maintenance or other causes not resulting from material defects.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased in Europe.

Satine Hair is not responsible to such retailer extanded warranties or other retail promotions.

Warranty instructions:

First you need to activate your warranty : please go to warranty regisration page. This must be done upon purchasing your new product.

Please go to the warranty registration page at

www.satine-hair.com/registration and follow the steps indicated.

In order to exchange your damaged or defective product, please send us the following:

1 – The product in its original box

2 – A copy of your original receipt. . All replacements must be accompanied by receipt !

3 – 17 € Co-Pay for shipping and handling in a cheque or postal order

payable to Alpha tresor, or PayPal online payment.

Paypal Payment is also possible at orders@satine-hair.com but must be accompanied by the sending of a copy of the transfer confirmation to

contact@satine-hair.com

No product will be replaced without this payment.

You will receive your replacement product within 7-10 business days.
